The CIML Presidential Council is a group appointed by the CIML President and composed of the CIML Vice-Presidents and of a number of CIML Members appointed on a personal basis by the CIML President.

The CIML Presidential Council acts as an advisory group for the CIML President.

The BIML Director assumes the Secretariat of the Presidential Council.
